Dance Conditioning

The session will combine pilates, and conditioning exercises for dancers. This session will include exercises that are specific to dance and technique. With consistent training, the dancer will see a marked improvement in posture, strength, tone, flexibility, coordination, ROM, control and body awareness. Meoka Pilates can also create a regimen for competitive dance studios and dancers, pre-professional dancers and performing arts companies and professional dance companies/studios.
